Draw and Draw No Bet
A draw is a tie between two teams at the end of the game.
Let’s say, for example, that we bet on the following game.

If betting at a draw, both teams have to make the same amount of goals (i.e., 0 – 0, 1 – 1, 2 – 2 etc.) for us to win the bet. Under some circumstances (for example, bets made with Asian Handicap, one team needs to score more goals than the other for the result to count as a draw.
A sportsbook can sometimes eliminate betting on a draw, using a marker called “Draw No Bet”. When Draw No Bet is in play, bettors can only bet on either team to win. Should the game end at a draw, stakes are returned. If you would like to make a Draw No Bet where it’s unavailable, you could create your own by making a bet with an Asian Handicap set at 0, in which case the stakes are returned to you if the game ends at a draw.
Push
You could say that a push is a draw between the sportsbook and the bettor and is almost exclusively happening in the case of over-under betting.

If you, for example, bet at “Over 2” or “Under 2” for this game and it ends with either 1 – 1, 0 – 2 or 2 – 0, it will be a push. You neither win nor lose when a push occurs, and your stake is returned to you.
